Do you use a credit or debit card to pay invoices? If so, you can now automatically pay your invoices and set specific payment limits. Set up automatic payments by navigating to “Settings” and then “Payment” in Shipper Central.

Access proof of delivery directly through the HAQM Shipping API
Customers who use the HAQM Shipping APIs can now access photo on delivery images and GPS locations when available through our Proof of Delivery API. Whether you’re verifying deliveries, providing customer support, or managing claims, the Proof of Delivery API helps you serve customers seamlessly and efficiently.
Direct texting now enabled for smoother delivery
Missed deliveries and unclear instructions are often caused by small communication gaps. HAQM Shipping can now directly text message your customers during delivery to help ensure their package arrives smoothly. Messages are sent through a secure channel, so delivery drivers never see your customers phone number. Whether it’s to clarify directions, confirm details, or prevent missed deliveries, direct messages are a quick and secure way to help packages arrive on time and in the right place.
No setup needed - it’s already live for your shipments and available when the shipping label includes recipient phone number information.
